Florida title insurance policy question/problem? - florida title insurance calculator
12-27-07 We finish our house and the problems started. Finally we have our policy of title insurance purchased by the seller (bank owned, by the way), but has an effective date of 4-21-08, it is also the date of submission of our warranty deed from 1-2-08 cost us the exemption established in 2008. We have lodged a formal complaint with the Ministry of Finance to take to Florida for the company with us. What are the possible consequences of that date, the policy does not? Surprise, surprise the title company moves hard to do with us. There are other questions, but do not understand. Thank you and all information would be appreciated.
