Can I suggest using a good quality, like Crisco shortening. Cookie recipes call for sugar and fat cream together [some would say, some say the mix, light and fluffy] and oil do not work very well this mixture only. In a coconut cookie I think Probely say until light. Is it fair in your recipe? I have a lot of cookies and still use an abbreviation for degrees. I hoped that this support. Jim B.

I think it would ruin the chemistry. Cookies probably not very large. I bet it is too runny.
